Getting Set for Old Songs
& WFDU-FM’s TRADITIONS playlist for June 14, 2015
This week’s show featured a nearly two hour preview of the Old Songs Festival. This year will mark the 35th edition of Old Songs, to be held once again at the Altamont Fairgrounds in Altamont, New York, from June 26 through June 28.
I’m proud that my radio station, WFDU-FM, is once again a media partner with Old Songs. We gave away a number of passes to the festival on this week’s show, and I hope all the winners will have a great time- and good weather!
I will be posting my “review” of this year’s fest at a later date. If you would like more information about Old Songs, visit their website at www.oldsongs.org .
(Tune in to WFDU-FM’s TRADITIONS every Sunday from 2pm to 5pm Eastern Time over WFDU-FM 89.1 in the NYC/Northern New Jersey area, or on the web at www.wfdu.fm or iHeartRadio.com. On-demand streams of shows, including this one, are archived for two weeks by clicking HERE. A Sing Out! Radio Partner.)
