This week, my guests were Jean Ritchie & Oscar Brand, Norris Bennett and Jerry Epstein.  The conversation was recorded in the Long Island home of Jean Ritchie and her husband George Pickow, with their son John Pickow engineering.   The interview was recorded to promote the Eisteddfod-NY festival.   Jean and Oscar shared a few songs and memories of the early days of the folk revival, and all the artists offered great song and story.  It was a memorable conversation, as these artists and collectors shared various versions of classic folk songs and showed us the real beauty and art of folksong.
