Which Side Are You On?
Episode #22-35 | airing 08-31-22
This week we celebrate Labor Day. Many in the United States consider Labor Day as simply the end of summer, forgetting the great contributions to our daily life that have occurred due to the labor movement and unionization of the American worker in the early part of the last century. We will feature songs about organizations and occupations from musical artists Emma’s Revolution, Anne Feeney, Si Kahn, Diana Jones and many more. Some songs reflecting American labor, in the spirit of the long history of Sing Out! Magazine … this week on the Sing Out! Radio Magazine.
