AZTEC TWO-STEP GUESTS ON WFDU-FM’S TRADITIONS
Today (Sunday April 1) my guests on WFDU-FM’s TRADITIONS will be Aztec Two-Step.
Rex Fowler and Neal Schulman began singing together at a Boston Club in 1971. They named their duo using a line from a Lawrence Ferlinghetti(“A Coney Island State of Mind) and soon their music became a staple of FM and college radio stations. Their infectious concert performances grew an audience that continues to follow the group to this day.
Aztec Two-Step will be performing a the Hurdy Gurdy on Saturday April 14th when they present their special program – Aztec Two-Step Sings the Simon & Garfunkel Songbook.
You can tune into Traditions by setting your dial to 89.1FM between 3pm and 6pm today. If you aren’t in the NYC metro area, you can listen in to our live stream at www.wfdu.fm .
Hope you can join us!
