Tom Frouge, co-director of the highly regarded New Mexico world music event ¡Globalquerque!, has been named the Media Director for the 2008 Santa Fe Music Fest. SFMF began last year, quickly becoming the premiere pop festival in the Southwest. Plans for the 2008 edition will build on the inaugural event and with a look toward catapulting it to new heights.

The 2008 festival will once again take place at the historic Downs at Santa Fe, on 27 acres located in Santa Fe approximately 50 miles from Albuquerque.
